The area has been planted with a variety of different <br /> shrubs and has been fenced in to keep wildlife from area. The second shrub plot was not inspected but has been <br /> planted with shrubs as well as stated by the Colowyo representative. Due to supply issues,this shrub plot wasn't <br /> able to be fenced and wildlife had ate and disturbed the shrub plot. <br /> Shrub plot. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> The rill discussed in previous inspection reports that ran adjacent to the Prospect Ditch has been repaired. The rill <br /> was repaired at the head to keep future flows from traveling through and be directed to the Prospect Ditch. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil spreading had occurred prior to the inspection along the West Pit backfill.No spreading was occurring <br /> during the inspection. <br /> Additional topsoil stripping has occurred along the east facing slope of the Collom Gulch. Topsoil was transported <br /> to Topsoil Pile 26A located north of the Collom Spoil Pile. <br />
