United Companies seeks to reduce the size of the processing
pad by mining the western portion of it. The general reclaimed conditions and post mine land use of
the site will be unchanged by this revision. The final lake size will be expanded to 51.5 acres by
reducing the area of rangeland. A gravel well permit is in place that covers up to 112.4 acres. A
copy of this gravel well permit is attached. Revised maps and exhibits are also attached to reflect
the revision.
The calculated bond cost for this revision is less than the currently held bond of$539,225, therefore
no bond increase should be required at this time.
Regards,
Benjamin Langenfeld, P.E.
Lewicki &Associates, PLLC
(720) 842-5321, ex. 1
benl@lewicki.biz
White River City
 Lewicki&Associates
July 2022
