July 19,2022 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine LJW <br /> The flows of irrigation tail water are entering the ditch near the inlet structure to Pond 001. The remainder of the <br /> ditch to the south is in good condition and not flowing at the time of the inspection.An example of the ditch can <br /> be seen in Photo Five. <br /> Pond 002 was observed to have no standing water nor evidence of recent flows. The pond appeared stable at the <br /> time of the inspection and in good condition as seen in Photo Six. Both inlet structures are free from obstruction <br /> and similar to the pond showed no evidence of recent flows. The pond bottom and banks are well vegetated and <br /> no evidence of noxious weeds were noted in the area.
