All erosion control structures appeared to be functioning as designed and no signs of significant <br /> erosion or transport was noted. An example of the facilities area pile can be seen in Photo Five. Located <br /> immediately to the south of the facilities area stockpiles is the footprint where topsoil was stored previously and <br /> has since been relocated. The area has achieved vegetative cover that is dense and diverse, and the area appeared <br /> stable at the time of the inspection.
