All earthen <br /> structures(berms, ditches)are permanent and <br /> will be to soiled and seeded. <br /> Topsoil- Topsoil will be stripped, placed in <br /> protected stockpile areas, and revegetated as <br /> needed(any topsoil that is in its final location or Y N N <br /> will be in stockpile longer than a year will be <br /> seeded). <br /> Overburden -Overburden will be stripped from <br /> around the top of the proposed pit. The <br /> remaining overburden material around the pit <br /> margins will be shaped to a 2:1 slope. <br /> Excess overburden will be hauled to the Y N N - <br /> permanent disposal cells, contoured to 2:1 <br /> sideslopes, and configured to a 20-ft maximum <br /> height.A cap of topsoil will be placed on the <br /> permanent overburden cells,and then they will <br /> be seeded. <br /> Mining- The mining will begin of the <br /> uppermost 20-ft thick layer of deposit,with Y N N - <br /> processing and stockpiling to be carried out on <br /> the pad ref. 4i below for details). <br /> g. Topsoil Stripped topsoil will be placed in protected areas <br /> stripping, until needed. A topsoil cap will be used for <br /> stockpiling and reclaiming all disturbed areas: overburden cells, <br /> stabilizing overburden slopes above pit highwalls, earthen <br /> stormwater control structures, road cuts and fills, Y N N - <br /> pad outslope. All topsoil that is not to be moved <br /> or disturbed for over one year will be seeded. <br /> Topsoil stockpiles will have 2:1 maximum <br /> sideslopes, and sediment controls around the <br /> base.Approximately 5,000 cubic yards of <br /> A-13 <br />
