All berms that are included in this <br /> plan are to be part of the surface water drainage N N N and runoff control plan. Any haul roads along <br /> steep slopes will comply with MSHA laws and <br /> regulations. <br /> Dimensions & Material- The berms will be <br /> b. Berm constructed of earthen materials and will be <br /> construction permanent. Berms constructed of onsite <br /> overburden material,with 3-4 ft height,and N N N - <br /> sideslopes of 2H:1 V. there will be up to 500 LF <br /> of new berms. Berms will be capped with <br /> topsoil from the site and revegetated with the <br /> approved reclamation seed mix. <br /> Monitoring -All berms will be monitored <br /> regularly and repaired as needed in a timely N N N - <br /> manner. <br /> There will be a lockable pipe gate on pipe hinges <br /> at the new entrance location. There will be a <br /> c. Security - perimeter barbed wire fence(4-strand on metal <br /> T-posts). There will be entrance gate signage for N N N - <br /> Fencing, gates, trespassing and caution. To provide a visible <br /> signage, guard warning against falls into the pit,there will be <br /> some fencing or boulders placed above highwall. <br /> There will be no guard at site. <br /> d. Surface water Dimensions The access road will include a - <br /> controls drainage ditch along its high side. It will be N N N <br /> trapezoidal in cross-section,measuring <br /> A-9 <br />
