6.4.10 EXHIBIT J—Vegetation Information <br /> (1) The vegetation for this area is native prairie grassland consisting of sparse low grasses.The topsoil <br /> on this site is'Dacono Clay Loam'.According to USGS,this soil type in this area is only good for <br /> farming if irrigated. Historically this site has never been farmed. Please see Exhibit C. <br /> 6.4.11 EXHIBIT K—Climate <br /> The climate for this area is'plains'with low relative humidity, abundant sunshine, infrequent rain and <br /> snow, moderate to high wind movement and temperatures ranging from mid-90's in the summer to low <br /> teens,to below freezing,in the winter. <br /> 6.4.12 EXHIBIT L—Reclamation Costs <br /> (1) We anticipate reclamation costs to be$4,521 per acre, as provided below: <br /> Final grading=$450 per acre <br /> Placing topsoil=$3,500 per acre <br /> Seed=$60 per acre <br /> Seed drilling=$100 per acre <br /> Cost of Reclamation=$4,110 per acre <br /> 10%Misc. cost(reseed if less than 70%established,etc.)=$411 per acre <br /> Anticipated Total cost=$4,521 per acre <br /> 6.4.13 EXHIBIT M—Other Permits and Licenses <br /> This mining operation will be obtaining a local Town of Nunn Application for zoning Variance in <br /> accordance with the Town of Nunn Code.
