June 27,2022 C-1981-041/Roadside Portals CCW
The tracks went over the straw waddle at the southwest corner. The waddle was intact and able to
function as designed. The landowner was using his excavator during the inspection to remove the
historic rock wall located on the north side of Tract 71. The Ute Water Easement appeared to be un-
affected by this activity. Please seethe photos below. None of the risers on the Tract 70 Mesa were
active during the inspection. The furthest north riser, located within the Minerals Permit Boundary, was
muddy and had some water left in it. The damp soil and water sitting in the ditch indicate that the
landowner had used it recently.
,.tiL'1 . ..►z M1 • r 7
fA
s f
w, `■
Ye.
