Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMANNTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Roadside Portals Mine conducted on June 27, 2022 and June <br /> 30, 2022. The inspection was conducted by Clayton Wein of the Division. This report <br /> documents the observations made on both of the dates listed above. The focus of the inspection <br /> was to observe and document the conditions in the areas of the Roadside Mine known as Tract <br /> 70 and Tract 71. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage -Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> June 27,2022: The morning of June 27th the Division conducted an inspection of the Roadside Mine with <br /> a focus on the areas surrounding the TR-69 Repair Area. During the inspection there was no water <br /> discharging from the 4 inch pipe into the landowner's Tract 71 Ditch. There was no evidence of recent <br /> flow in the ditch. The west,middle and east holes were in similar condition to that of what was observed <br /> on June 24th. The waddles on the northwest edge of the TR-69 Repair Area remain in place. There were <br /> a couple of new sets of tire tracts running through the TR-69 Repair Area. The tracks entered the site <br /> from the northeast corner and exited the site at the southwest corner. The tracks went over the straw <br /> waddle at the southwest corner. The waddle was intact and able to function as designed. The <br /> Landowner's excavator was parked in the same location as on June 24th. There were no indications of its <br /> use since the 24th. None of the risers on the Tract 70 Mesa were active during the inspection. There <br /> were no indications of recent use of the risers. <br /> June 30, 2022: The afternoon of June 30th the Division conducted an inspection of the Roadside Mine <br /> with a focus on the areas surrounding the TR-69 Repair Area. During the inspection there was no water <br /> discharging from the 4 inch pipe into the landowner's Tract 71 Ditch. There was no evidence of recent <br /> flow in the ditch. The waddles on the northwest edge of the TR-69 Repair Area remain in place.
