PERMIT#: M 978078 <br /> INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: RAR <br /> INSPECTION DATE: 24 June 2022 <br /> Haul and access roads did not appear to be a source of sedimentation and were in good condition. <br /> Sediment Control: <br /> No erosion problems were observed at the time of inspection. There are some erosion rills associated with <br /> old mining reclamation on the south side of the pit. but any material transported is confined to treed area and <br /> within the permit boundaries. This area will need the erosion rills graded out, top soil applied and <br /> revegetated during site reclamation. Evidence of runoff was observed, and had not caused any impacts <br /> requiring mitigation. <br /> Permit Stipulations: <br /> There are no permit stipulations at this time. <br /> The site was found to be in very good and clean condition with no problems or violations that were observed. <br /> Please contact Robin Reilley (303)866-3567 ext. 8105 or email at robin.reillev@state.co.us if you have any <br /> questions regarding this report. <br /> 3 <br />
