I have included your review points that <br /> need to be addressed in the order presented so the questions and answers will be in the <br /> same document for easy reference. <br /> Rule 1.6.5(2)—Submission of Proof of Publication <br /> 1. Please submit the proof of publication as required by Rule 1.6.5. <br /> Attached is a copy of the Proof of Publication and any adjoining owner notices <br /> green cards that have been returned and USPS print out of delivery status and <br /> proof of mailing for any that were not returned. <br /> 2. The DRMS received 3 comments from: ALOE, CPW and History Colorado. These <br /> comments are attached at the end of this review. Please address any concerns raised in the <br /> comments. <br /> U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> This appears to be a form letter they send out when a referral is filed. It should <br /> be remembered that this area was just prior to being permitted as a large, cattle <br /> feedlot. None of the Affected Lands/Permit area is within or immediately <br /> adjacent to the South Platte River channel.
