Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine,C 1982057,operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted,images analyzed and the report prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda <br /> Kawcak mine representative was present throughout the inspection. The weather was clear and calm with <br /> temperatures hovering around 75 degrees F. The ground was damp. The roads were in good condition, <br /> and the entire site was accessible. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> Willows at Pond 16 and 17 outlet structures should be trimmed back and cattails suppressed. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road,Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> a slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas is projected <br /> for 2022. Reclamation appears stable with well established vegetation. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to <br /> be functioning adequately. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at permit boundary along main haul road were intact, <br /> displaying all required information: mine name,operator name,address,phone number,DRMS <br /> permit number and contact information. <br /> o Permit boundary markers on the main haul road were intact and adequately spaced. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads were dry and in good repair. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br />
