The total <br /> lake exposure between these four ponds will be 36.3 acres, which is within the existing well permit <br /> limits, as can be seen in Table 1. <br /> For Pit 5, backfilling of the pond will occur slowly over many years as waste concrete is available. <br /> The maximum pond size if the pit is 4.2 acres based on the current state of the pit as of April 2022. <br /> A pond of this size is covered in the current gravel well permit as can be seen in Table 1.
