No burn permit or burning will be required for <br /> this Project, and all vehicles will comply with exhaust regulations. <br /> Vehicle traffic on roads will be intermittent, and dirt work operations will be limited in footprint and <br /> duration. Construction equipment (dozer, excavator, etc.) used for the building and reclamation of drill <br /> pads,temporary access routes and existing access route improvements are slow moving and not <br /> anticipated to generate significant dust. In the event of dusty conditions, operators will distribute water <br /> over utilized project access routes on a bi-weekly basis. <br /> Solid Waste Plan <br /> All refuse, solid waste,garbage, or trash associated with this Plan of Operations will be removed from <br /> site on a regular basis and disposed of in proper disposal containers or sites. Human waste will be <br /> contained in the Porta-Potty/Porta-John located at the staging area and subsequently transported and <br /> disposed of at the proper sites. No refuse, debris or other wastes will be left on site upon project <br /> completion. <br /> Hazardous Materials Handling Plan <br /> Hazardous materials and toxic substances will not be used for drilling.The drill rig, dirt works and <br /> support equipment will require refueling and lubrication of mechanical parts, and will include: <br /> 0 Petroleum products, oils, lubricants and fuels including diesel and gasoline <br />
