Water is brought in from a out side sources, Bailey Water Station. <br /> I was unable to complete all my pits last year due to lack of water/too small of ponds.This modification is <br /> reasonably incident to complete the mining prosses in a timely manner. <br /> -1 am requesting to reset my pits back to 10 total,all pits mined last year have been reclaimed. <br /> -Every thing else is-Same as before <br /> -Site#2 <br /> Site 2 will be a 5 acre plot with a 1 acre disturbance area. There will be no pond or wash plant on site 2. <br /> There will be 20 test pits only, Exhibit B.2 shows each pits location. Pay will be transported to the close <br /> circuit wash plant on site#1 for processing then return to original pit for reclamation before starting next <br /> pit. All transportation/driving will be done on a existing 2 track shown on Exhibit A.1 ,there will be no <br /> unnecessary or undue degradation. <br /> Each pit is-Same as before, reclamation will be completed before next pits is stared. <br /> *BLM has approved the modifications and holds a bond of$4,775.00 dollars for both sites and the 30 pits. <br /> A token bond of 100.00 dollars is held by the State. <br />
