Additionally, the "Leased Premises"as defined in Recital A is hereby amended in this Second <br /> Amendment to ADD AND INCLUDE PARCEL: <br /> Skelton, Inc.'s property legally described as: PARCEL II: N2NE4SW4,AND THE <br /> N2N2S2NE4SW4, SECTION 13,TOWNSHIP 45 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, N.M.P.M., <br /> COUNTY OF SAN MIGUEL, STATE OF COLORADO, and consisting of+\-25 acres, and <br /> recorded in San Miguel County, Colorado, at Book 425, Page 654, and hereinafter referred to <br /> as"Additional Property". <br /> 2. Section 3 (Term)of the Lease is hereby amended to add: after the initial thirty(30)year term, <br /> which expires December 31, 2025,the Term shall be extended until December 31,2035, and <br /> Lessee shall have the option to renew the Lease for two (2)additional periods of five (5)years <br /> each, each an "Extension Term" and, with the initial term, the"Term", to run consecutively from <br /> January 1, 2036. The renewal option shall be deemed exercised unless Lessee notifies Lessor in <br /> writing that it does not intend to exercise the option at least thirty(30) days prior to the expiration <br /> of either the initial term or the first extension term. <br /> 3.
