6.3.4(1)(a) <br /> As per the Mining Plan, Exhibit C 6.3.3(1)(c), there is no overburden to be <br /> removed as part of the proposed operation.The material to be removed is pre- <br /> existing abandoned mine waste rock. <br /> 6.3.4(1)(b) <br /> The maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes of the Affected Area will be <br /> constructed to match the natural grade of 1-1 through 1-3 in this vicinity, which <br /> fits into the local land use, both during and after the reclamation measures have <br /> been applied post-operations. <br /> 6.3.4(1)(c)(1) <br /> The affected area will be covered with topsoil to a minimum depth of fi". An <br /> appropriate native plant seed mix and fertilizer will be broadcast over the topsoil <br /> for final reclamation.
