EXHIBIT C <br /> MINING PLAN <br /> This Mining Planis for a proposed mining operation known as the Gunnell#8 Mine <br /> in Gilpin County Colorado, .4 miles west of Nevdaville Rd.JACK D TABB, LLC <br /> attaches this Mining Plan as "Exhibit C"for a Limited Impact (110d) Operation <br /> Reclamation Permit. Application No. M-2021-068 with the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br /> 6.3.3(1)(a)—Dates of Mining <br /> Production mining will commence after approval of the 110d Permit Application <br /> and is expected to be complete by 2030. <br /> 6.3.3(1)(b)—Topsoil <br /> Ore will be removed in patterns to minimize erosion and erosion control will be in <br /> place throughout the operation. No full growth trees exist on the historic waste <br /> rock dump. As discussed in Exhibit D—Reclamation Plan, there is very little topsoil <br /> at the site. Topsoil will be purchased and delivered to the disturbed area and <br /> spread to 2" depth, an appropriate native seed mix will be spread over the topsoil <br /> for final reclamation. <br /> 6.3.3(i)(c)—Overburden or Waste Rock to Reach Deposit <br /> The mining activities will consist solely of removal of the waste rock pile at site, <br /> which consists of previously mined material from the historic Gunnell Mine. The <br /> pre-existing waste rock is approximately 250,000 tons. <br /> 6.3.3(1)(d)—Thickness of the Deposit to be Mined <br /> N/A•-no deposit will be mined. <br /> 6.3.3(1)(e)—Major Components of the Operation <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
