A Gilpin County unmaintained road accesses the <br /> Gunnell Mine and the affected area. <br /> Electric Utility Distribution Lines <br /> There are no power lines or utilities within the immediate vicinity. <br /> Telecom lines <br /> There are no nearby telecommunications lines. <br /> Natural Gas Lines <br /> There are no nearby gas lines <br /> 6.3.2(c) Water Resource Description: <br /> Surface Waters <br /> No streams, aquifers, springs, lakes, stock water ponds or reservoirs will receive <br /> drainage directly from the proposed area to be affected.The disturbance will be <br /> maintained for erosion control, as well as a patterned removal of material and <br /> riprap as needed to stop erosion. <br /> A stormwater permit application will be submitted. <br /> Groundwater <br /> The Argo Tunnel is the major drainage for the area, and lies approx. 1,250 feet <br /> directly below the site.
