Rifle Gravel Pit#1 April 2022 <br /> 14.0 Exhibit M — Other Permits and Licenses <br /> The following permits are necessary for the full operation of the Rifle Gravel Pit: <br /> Garfield County Special Use Permit—A Garfield County Special Use permit application will <br /> be submitted for Garfield County review and approval. A Pre-Application Conference has <br /> already been held with Garfield County Community Development department (02/14/2022) <br /> No operations will commence until the Special Use permit has been obtained. <br /> APEN, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Air Pollution Emission <br /> Notification Permit—A fugitive dust Permit will be obtained prior to commencing operations. <br /> CDPS Permit, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment—Colorado <br /> Discharge Permit—A stormwater permit will be obtained prior to operations. A temporary <br /> dewatering permit will be obtained if necessary to facilitate construction of the CDOT- <br /> permitted access road. <br /> A Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan will be needed at this site to <br /> cover the storage and transport of fuel and other liquids that are regulated by the EPA. <br /> Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)Access Permit has been granted for the <br /> construction of the access road along CR 346, including all required Environmental <br /> Clearances for the activity taking place within the CDOT right-of-way. <br /> An Aquatic Resource Delineation Report has been submitted to the USACE (02/28/2022), <br /> presenting the mapping and analysis resulting from the comprehensive wetland delineation <br /> effort completed for the property. Scott has requested a formal Boundary Confirmation for <br /> the submitted delineation, which will confirm the mapped extent of wetlands and the <br /> avoidance of direct impacts to those wetlands. <br /> DWR Gravel Well Permit GWS-27 (Form) <br /> DWR Construction Dewatering Well Permit GWS-62 (Form) or GWS-31 (Form) <br /> This property is not on Federal Lands and does not require permitting or consultation with <br /> federal land management agencies. <br /> This property is not associated with any historical significance that requires consultation with <br /> the Colorado Historical Society. A Class III cultural resource inventory indicates no potential <br /> to affect potentially Eligible historic sites. <br /> 66 <br />
