The <br /> contractor continues to maintain the traffic signaling devices and radio contact prior to travel on the Old Barn/LCC <br /> road. The inspector did not travel on the road due to the planned heavy equipment use. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> The topsoil stockpiles and plant growth material piles are well signed and contained within containment <br /> berms. The contractors at King I are taking more care to keep the road material off the topsoil stockpile berms. <br /> This improvement is acceptable.
