RECEPT40N#20190002599, 1/16/2019 11:59:20 AM,1 of 13, <br /> Angela Myers,Clerk& Recorder,Larimer County,CO <br /> SPECIAL REVIEW <br /> FINDINGS AND RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> THE PETITION OF LOVELAN D REDI-MIX CONCRETE,INC. <br /> The Petition of Loveland Redi-Mix Concrete, Inc. for the LaPorte Pit to allow open mining <br /> of sand and gravel, on-site material processing and a concrete batch plant on 123 acres upon the <br /> property described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto has been filed with the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of the County of Larimer. <br /> On August 15, 2018 and August 22, 2018, the Larimer County Planning Commission <br /> considered the proposed use and unanimously rec;)mmended approval of the special review. <br /> On September 24,2018 and November 19, 2018, in the County Board Hearing Room of the <br /> Larimer County Courthouse, Fort Collins, Colorado, the Board of County Commissioners <br /> conducted public hearings on the Special Review. The Board of County Commissioners, having <br /> heard the testimony and evidence adduced at said hearings and having considered and carefully <br /> weighed the same,now makes the following findings: <br /> 1. The Special Review request upon the property described on Exhibit "A" was <br /> advertised in a local newspaper of general circulation. <br /> 2. Written notice of this hearing has been delivered or mailed, first class, postage <br /> prepaid,to adjoining landowners within 2500 feet of the proposal. <br /> 3. The general characteristics of the propel,y are as follows: <br /> a. Location: On the North side of County Road 54G just <br /> east of Kintzley Plaza, north of the <br /> Plantorium <br /> b.
