Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork Mine; permit C 1981044, operated by Moffat <br /> County Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 30 degrees F,with clear skies <br /> and the air was calm. A large herd of elk were observed and elk track were plentiful throughout <br /> the site. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> Mid Term 8 <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> None at the time of inspection. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. No <br /> activity has occurred at the site during the first quarter of 2022. The east edge of the coal fire <br /> that continues to burn was surveyed. People present for the survey included Tara Tafi (DRMS), <br /> a representative from Tetra Tech among others. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road was snow covered and not accessible to the 5A portal. <br /> o Access roads to the refuse pile and the Williams Fork Bottomlands were snow covered <br /> and provided access to these areas. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />
