The <br /> lower RDA did not appear to have any recent refuse end dumped on the pile. There were no apparent piles of <br /> waste material requiring grading and compacting at the time of the inspection. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.032(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.032(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br /> (6)/4.032(5)and(6),Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.032(7): <br /> Contractor parking on the sides of the haul road access to King I has resumed. Two ponded areas on this <br /> haul road were noted that also correlate with the puddles noted during the 2/22/2022 inspection. GCC needs to <br /> assure that these puddled areas drain appropriately. The haul road to the King I RDS is only cleared of snow in <br /> the Contractor work area. There is still snow, and no fresh vehicle tracks on the haul road onto the RDA. It does <br /> not appear that any refuse material is currently being hauled to the RDA. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES-Rule 4.04: <br /> Most of the snow has melted off the King II facilities area. Roads though out the King II facilities <br /> appeared dry with no ponded areas. Facilities area at King II appears well organized and contained. Ponded water <br /> was not noted though out any of the storage areas. <br /> Raw coal and clean coal stockpiles at King II appear pretty full.
