The raw coal stockpile,the wash plant, and the clean coal <br /> stockpile were active at the time of the inspection. NECC was hauling coal from their main entrance road to <br /> Highway 12 at the time of the inspection and transporting the coal to the Jansen Coal Loadout near Trinidad. <br /> According to Mr.Massarotti,he has placed the required markers at each of the sealed development drill hole sites <br /> approved with TR74. During this inspection,only drill site NE-02-20 was observed.
