EST 2004
BOLMD RUSH[
-j
PA EXPEDITIONS
WE FIND 'EM - YOU MINE 'EM
If all is well and no other dangers are found, we will send two surveyors in to take chip samples
and shoot detailed photos of the deposits in the mine. We will also use video and lidar to give a
full mapping of the workings and accurate measurements of the drift workings. This should take
no more than 8 hours total, or 1 working day.
Attached are sketches of the site and how we intend to complete the excavation.
We anticipate a disturbance of 30'wide by 50'deep by 50' high (at the highest point). This is a
total of 75,000 cubic which is estimated to be about 2,850 tons (assuming 1 cubic foot of dirt is
approximately 76 lbs.)".
Prior to departure, we will place two large steel plates over the portal to the subsurface
workings. These will be placed with the excavator and positioned to make sure there is no
unauthorized entry to the workings.
Remediation:
Once exploration work is complete, we will secure the hard rock portal, either with existing
doors or new steel plates to prevent any degradation from backfill. We will then use the loader
to replace all of the fill dirt and muck removed during the excavation of the adit. This can be
contoured to match the mountainside as it was.
We will plan to return to the site during the last week of July, after the land manager has had a
chance to assess the site and make sure that the surface is remedied to the satisfaction of the
land manager. This may require some equipment, but we will await recommendations from the
land manager.
Goals:
Once the survey of the Midwest is complete, we will have a better understanding of the geology
of the workings. We will have taken samples from veins and deposits for assay. We will have a
full mapping of the subsurface workings with veins and deposits marked and identified. With
this information we can determine if it is prudent to move forward with a drilling operation, or
to leave the property as is. We will use this information to promote the sale of the mineral
rights to other parties interested in the development of the mining property.
Gold Rush owns several other prominent mining properties in the general vicinity of Creede and
it is our intent to provide the necessary information for mini g companies to make educated
decisions on the development of these properties i uture.
Sincerely,
Tate C rt
Gold Rush xpeditions, Inc.
385-218-2138
Gold Rush Expeditions,Inc.®
385-218-2138 1 goldrush@goldrushexpeditions.com -331 Rio Grande Street,Suite 201,Salt Lake City,Utah 84301
