Fjkl= <br /> @YomanSafety,Health,and Environmental Action Plan <br /> Hard Scrabble/S Bar C Bond Forfeiture Project <br /> Iron Woman Construction and Environmental Services,LLC <br /> Page 7 of 22 <br /> training are maintained and updated regularly and will be kept on site during field operations. <br /> Training for specific hazards such as excavation safety is detailed in the Iron Woman safety manual, <br /> which is issued to each Iron Woman employee. <br /> 3.0 Safety Equipment and Procedures <br /> 3.1 Personal Protective Equipment <br /> All work engaged with site clearing and earthwork will be performed in Level D. <br /> Level D worker protection which includes the following personal protective equipment(PPE) to be worn <br /> as a minimum: <br /> • Safety glasses with side-shields to meet ANSI Z87 rating. <br /> • Safety-toed boots meeting ANSI 41 <br /> • Hard hat <br /> • Reflective Safety Vest(orange or DOT green meeting ANSI Class 2 at a minimum) <br /> • Work gloves <br /> Additional PPE to meet"levels of protection"which is in effect during varying work tasks will be <br /> implemented as needed though given the work scope it is not anticipated that any of the site activities will <br /> require protection about level D. <br /> 3.2 Equipment <br /> All equipment will receive a functionality and safety inspection prior to being allowed access on site. <br /> Equipment use and operation is to be performed only by competent and recognized personnel. <br /> Observance of typical safety precaution involving equipment will be performed throughout the project <br /> duration,including but not limited to; <br /> • Equipment will be operated by only competent personnel <br /> • Seatbelts and other safety restraints will be worn at all times <br /> • Equipment will always receive the right-of-way to other onsite traffic <br /> • Chock blocks or parking brakes will be used for all wheeled equipment <br /> • All equipment will carry at least one fire extinguisher <br /> • Extinguishers will be inspected daily as part of pre-work equipment inspection <br /> • Full lockout-tagout procedures will be followed prior to any maintenance activities <br /> • Equipment will be inspected prior to the beginning of each shift and the inspection documented <br /> • Preventative maintenance will be performed as necessary and as scheduled <br /> 3.3 Health, Housekeeping and Sanitation <br /> Iron Woman jobsites will be maintained to the highest level of housekeeping. All hazards will be <br /> continually monitored and mitigated. <br /> Site Housekeeping and health maintenance will be monitored and administered by following the below <br /> procedures to the minimum; <br /> • Site housekeeping will be continually monitored and the jobsite cleaned at the end of each shift <br />
