The West Taylor Fill was inspected and remains stable.No signs of erosion or issues were observed. <br /> The Collom Temporary Spoil Pile continues construction as mining progress in the Collom Pit.The pile boundary <br /> was inspected and all spoil was well within the designated berm limits. <br /> Collom Temporary Spoil Pile and berm limit. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Ditches associated with the East,West and Collom Pits were inspected. The majority of the ditches were <br /> completely snow covered but appear to be working as designed with no issues observed. <br /> Prospect and Streeter Ponds were inspected. The Streeter Pond was frozen over but held water.The pond was <br /> discharging at the time of the inspection. Embankments for both ponds were stable with both the primary and the <br /> emergency spillways functional. <br /> The East Taylor Pond was inspected.The pond was discharging at the time of the inspection.No issues were <br /> observed. <br /> The Stoker Pond was inspected.The pond held water with no discharge.No issues observed. <br /> The Section 25,Middle and Section 36 were also inspected.Maintenance at the Section 25 pond was on going to <br /> fix a small leak located at approximately the elbow of the primary spillway. The pond has been pumped below the <br /> primary spillway pipe so no additional discharge occurs.Both the Middle and Section 36 ponds held minimal <br /> water with no discharge.All embankments were stable and no issues were observed with the ponds. <br /> The Sidehill and Section 26 Ponds were not inspected due to snow depths along the access roads to the ponds. <br />
