Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Colowyo Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on February 2,2022.Tom Fry representing Colowyo Coal Company <br /> (Colowyo)accompained the inspection. The weather for inspection was celar with mostly snow covered ground. <br /> High temperatures during the inspection were around 5 degrees fahrenheit.Access was along portions of the site <br /> were limited due snowy conditions. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Active backfill and grading was occurring in the West Pit. Truck,dozer and excavator teams were pulling spoil <br /> from the old rock crusher area and end dumping over the remaining highwall at the West Pit.The remaining pit <br /> area is being backfilled to eventually conform to the currently reclaimed portions of the West Pit. <br /> Contemporaneous backfill continues as mining progress within the South Taylor Pit. <br /> d . <br /> West pit regrade and backfill.
