ITEM 12—TRASH REMOVAL <br /> The Contractor will be required to remove the following items from the site to an approved <br /> landfill or recycling center. This bid item is NOT GUARANTEED. <br /> 1. Trailer axle <br /> 2. Metal table parts and screen <br /> 3. All plastic tarps and coverings <br /> 4. Excelsior coir logs <br /> 5. Pile of Rails <br /> 6. Outhouse and bucket <br /> 7. Engine parts <br /> 8. Pipes <br /> Photos of these items will be included as attachments to this Amendment. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> There will be no measurement for payment. Payment for this task will be reflected in a <br /> lump sum bid under Bid Item 12 on the Revised Bid Schedule, and will be made upon <br /> completion of removal of all debris to an approved landfill and as completed and <br /> approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. Only the items listed and photographs provided <br /> will be removed under this Bid Item. The price bid shall include all materials,labor, <br /> equipment, and all other items necessary and incidental to complete the tasks described in <br /> the Bid Item. <br /> 11. The Bid Submittal will remain on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. The Bid <br /> Opening will be 10:00 am, Thursday, February 14, 2019. <br /> All terms and conditions of the Documented Quote other than as changed by this amendment <br /> remain the same. <br /> Receipt and acceptance of this amendment shall be acknowledged on the bid schedule and by <br /> submitting the revised Bid Schedule. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
