○The Golden Fault is in the immediate vicinity of the South point of the hogback
and it's confinement effects on water flow should be indicated in the hydrologic
model.
○Some wells that I've tested on the West side of the hogback show Arsenic
contamination, but some do not. Should these well owners, currently without
contamination, constantly monitor at their own expense for fear that Acme Brick's
water dumping might lead to their wells being contaminated in the future?
○The Denver Basin Aquifer System intersects with the potential drainage path of
Acme Brick's operations and should be indicated in their hydrologic model
Sincerely,
Ian Wilson
