If helpful, I can provide these photo sequences as evidence. <br />●The obvious assumption, given that the clay vein slopes toward Hwy 93, is that <br />their dumped water will follow this trajectory toward Hwy 93, but beside the <br />potential for fracture networks that would violate this simplistic view, there are <br />many other potential issues: <br />○The Dakota sandstone formation is a large portion of the hogback and <br />appears to have many open cenote like voids that will likely add to the <br />likelihood of water taking paths away from their proposed dump pond. <br />See aerial photo which also shows their old subsurface mine entrance <br />concrete structure at the end of the voids.
