Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste Y -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a aerial inspection of the Colowyo Mine flown by Brock Bowles and reported by Zach Trujillo,both of <br /> the Colorado Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on January 10,2022.No mine representative <br /> was present during the inspection.Weather conditions were clear with a high temperature around twenty five <br /> degrees fahrenheit. Ground conditions were snow covered. <br /> BACKFILL and GRADING—Rule 4.14 <br /> Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1;Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2;Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br /> Steep Slopes 4.14.2,4.27;Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br /> Active backfilling along the remaining highwall of the West Pit was observed. Trucks are end dumping from <br /> above the pit from the previous rock crusher pad. <br /> The dragline within the South Taylor Pit was active at the time of the inspection.
