No evidence of recent discharge was observed in the downgradient ditch. <br /> The Pond can be seen in Photo Five. The downstream conveyances are well vegetated and show no evidence of <br /> recent flows. <br /> The Clear Water Ditch at the King II facility contained no evidence of recent flows and showed no signs of <br /> erosion or sedimentation. All internal culverts and water conveyances were functioning as designed and clear <br /> from obstructions. <br /> The fuel and hazardous materials storage barn located at the King I facility was observed and is in good condition. <br /> All items stored in this area contained proper secondary containment, and are neat and orderly. Photo Six shows <br /> the storage area. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> At the King I facility,the Lower Refuse Pile was observed. Due to winter conditions,the Upper Refuse <br /> Pile is not in use and the access road was not cleared at the time of the inspection. The Lower Refuse Pile,shown <br /> in Photos Seven and Eight,has been graded and exhibits positive drainage. No standing water or evidence of <br /> erosion was observed. A small amount of material is wind rowed on the south side of the pile,in preparation for <br /> compaction. The compaction of the rest of the pile appeared to be within the applicable design specifications and <br /> the Lower Refuse Pile was stable at the time of the inspection. <br /> ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection,nor are any pending. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br />
