Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was an aerial inspection of the Yoast Mine,C1994082,operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted aerially by Brock Bowles. The images were analyzed and the report prepared by <br /> me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS.No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. <br /> Visibility was excellent and skies were clear. The site is snow covered although it does not appear to be <br /> particularly abundant. Skies appeared clear.Main haul roads,were snow covered and appeared in good <br /> repair. No offsite hydrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. Ponds appeared iced over <br /> and snow covered. The area and constructed drainage above Pond 12 comprises the remaining inspectable <br /> area and represents approximately 200 acres. <br /> ONGOING PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> None at this time. <br /> INSPECTION: <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is for the most part complete and was executed as permitted. With the exception of structure pads, <br /> all structures have been demolished. Reclamation appears stable. Vegetation was dormant at the time of <br /> inspection,drainages and contour ditches appeared stable as did steep,slide prone areas. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6) 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads in and around the facilities appeared in good repair without rutted or iced areas where standing <br /> water had frozen. <br /> o Roads appeared stable,in good condition and adequately maintained. <br /> o No activity was occurring at the site as the site has been reclaimed. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 6 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
