He has worked in the mining industry since that time and has <br /> been involved in all aspects of gravel mine feasibility studies,mine operation,reclamation <br /> and mine permits in Colorado since 1980. He has worked on numerous backfilling <br /> operations, dams, ponds, slope restoration and other related projects. He received his <br /> Professional Engineer (PE) license in 1983 and is Senior Engineer of Greg Lewicki and <br /> Associates based in Parker, Colorado. <br /> The tailings embankment construction must be certified by a registered P.E. qualified and <br /> experienced in this work in Colorado.
