This letter was returned to sender for insufficient address unable to <br /> forward; <br /> Gold Pan's mailing address(221 Main Street,Los Altos,CA 94023)via USPS with a tracking number of <br /> 70203160000201543158. Per the USPS tracking site on November 10,2021,the most recent update for <br /> this number is October 17,2021,and provides the following"In Transit,Arriving Late: Your package <br /> will arrive later than expected,but is still on its way.It is currently in transit to the next facility." <br /> Gold Pan's registered agent per the CO Secretary of State's office(InCorp Services,Inc.,36 South 18" <br /> Ave., Suite D,Brighton,CO 80601 with a tracking number of 70203160000201543172 and was <br /> delivered on September 24,2021. <br /> To this date APC has not received a response from Gold Pan. In lieu of a structure agreement and in <br /> accordance with DRMS rules,APC is providing an engineering evaluation that demonstrates all structures <br /> outside of the permit boundary will not be damaged by activities occurring at the mining operations. This <br /> engineering evaluation intentionally is written to be appropriate for all structures outside of the mining <br /> permit boundary,it states: <br /> "There are no buildings or any structures outside the permit area which could be affected by the <br /> excavation. A minimum 30 foot buffer will be maintained from the property boundary line to all <br /> new excavations. <br /> The engineer's evaluation and calculations are enclosed with this letter as well as corresponding <br /> information from the Park County Assessor's site regarding this parcel. <br /> Structure Owner 2:The second structure owner is in regard to the ditch that bisects the eastern portion of the <br /> permit. The ditch is owned by the City of Aurora,CO. A structure agreement for this ditch was obtained and is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> With this submittal we believe all items requested by DRMS have been supplied.
