Financial Warranty Corporate Surety Forms in the name of Oldcastle SW Group,Inc are enclosed with <br /> this letter and will replace the old financial warranties. <br /> 2. The current corporate surety on file will not be updated with the new company name. APC identified two relevant structure owners within 200 feet of the permit boundary: <br /> Structure Owner 1: Adjacent to the western permit boundary of the APC Fairplay Pit is a mobile home <br /> park. The Park County GIS Website/Map shows this mobile park area as a single parcel. The Park <br /> County Assessor's web site lists the owner of the parcel as Fairplay Gold Pan MHP LLC and reflects a sale <br /> of the property on 07/30/21 with the Grantor being Peaks Investment FP LLC and the Grantee as Fairplay <br /> Gold Pan MHP LLC ("Gold Pan"). Three separate letters were sent to Gold Pan on September 22,2021, <br /> in the effort to obtain a signed structure agreement.
