It should be noted that as part of the due diligence(NEPA) process for the transfer of this parcel from <br /> NFS land to private ownership identified three small, manmade, isolated wetland on the crest and <br /> mined areas of Oakbrush Hill. These wetlands totaled less than 0.1 acres and determined to be non- <br /> jurisdictional as there was no discharge of water from these three areas(each approximately 0.03 acres <br /> in size.) Severe drought conditions in this area have impacted these since 2012. An extract of that <br /> report is provided at Attachment G-4-A. <br /> 6. Floodplain information: There are no delineated floodplains on or near the site. USFS verified this with <br /> a study of flooding done as part of the NEPA process in 2012. <br /> Figure G-6.
