The <br /> parcels represent the Horse Gulch Fill and an adjacent parcel and made up the early afternoon portion of <br /> the inspection. The Horse Gulch Fill parcel(KA10),was drill seeded in November of 2010 and aerial <br /> seeded in spring 2011,while parcel KAI I was drill seeded in November 2011 and aerial seeded in spring <br /> 2012,both parcels with a rangeland AB seed mix. These parcels are located at a higher elevation and <br /> steep terrain with a more drought prone southerly aspect. Some bare ground was noted and bunch grasses <br /> populated these areas. Perennial rye,wheat and bunch grasses made up the majority of species with <br /> native perennials notably,Anchillea millefolium(yarrow),also present. Small patches of Bromus <br /> tectorum (cheat grass),were observed in parcel KAI 1. <br /> Lastly,the group visited the former Z pit parcel(ZA10),comprised of three separate units totaling <br /> approximately 6 acres. This parcel comprises a rangeland AB seed mix drill seeded in November of 2010 <br /> and aerially in spring of 201 land represent TMI surface ownership. The parcels had good shrub, and forb <br /> cover comprised ofArtemisia alnifolia(silver sage), and Chrysothamnus nauseus(rabbitbrush),as shown <br /> in the photos below. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />
