No issues were observed requiring attention at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE—Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6;Discharge Structures 4.05.7, <br /> 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage-Acid <br /> and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18 <br /> No stock ponds, or sediment ponds were included in the proposed release areas. A portion comprising <br /> 0.3 acres of reconstructed drainage AB09 in Oak Drainage was included in the bond release request. The <br /> gradient was appropriate. General observations were made, and it appeared the drainage met the <br /> specifications in Trappers permit with respect to depth and side slopes. Vegetation appeared vigorous and <br /> stable in the drainage at the time of inspection. No recent evidence of hydrologic activity(runoff, <br /> erosion, sedimentation or sediment transport),were observed in the drainage way. No depressions <br /> interfering with normal drainage were noted in any of the bond release parcels. Although occasional <br /> rilling was noted in various parcels,rilling observed was discussed during the inspection and deemed not <br /> a concern in any of the phase III parcels. <br /> The release areas report surface runoff to the following pond systems: <br /> o Middle Pyeatt <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />
