The Haul Road was in good repair and well maintained at the time of inspection. o Roads were being watered throughout the day. o Access roads were accessible throughout the site. o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately. SUPPORT FACILITIES—Rule 4.04 o The Ash Pit exhibited a firm surface throughout. No issues were observed requiring attention at the time of inspection. HYDROLOGIC BALANCE—Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6;Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage-Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18 No stock ponds, or sediment ponds were included in the proposed release areas. A portion comprising 0.3 acres of reconstructed drainage AB09 in Oak Drainage was included in the bond release request. The gradient was appropriate. General observations were made, and it appeared the drainage met the specifications in Trappers permit with respect to depth and side slopes. Vegetation appeared vigorous and stable in the drainage at the time of inspection. No recent evidence of hydrologic activity(runoff, erosion, sedimentation or sediment transport),were observed in the drainage way. No depressions interfering with normal drainage were noted in any of the bond release parcels. Although occasional rilling was noted in various parcels,rilling observed was discussed during the inspection and deemed not a concern in any of the phase III parcels.
