This application is to <br /> convert from a 110c to a 112c permit that would add 61.15 acres for a total permit area of 70.15 <br /> acres. <br /> The proposed mine would occur on the Dakota Hogback,west of North Table Mountain in Golden, <br /> CO. This location is surrounded by three communities with families of young children. We have <br /> identified these communities in RED in the picture below. <br /> Mine Location <br /> i <br /> r <br /> '. tx AE' <br /> Nk <br /> 1)6 <br /> Om <br /> We OPPOSE this new mine because of the SAFETY HAZARDS that this proposed operation <br /> poses to the surrounding communities.
