Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D Mining Plan <br /> No changes or updates were needed to the typed mining plan itself regarding the correction of <br /> the 10 acre discrepancy. <br /> Rulc 6.4.5 Exhibit E Reclamation Plan <br /> Please see the attached Reclamation plan that was updated to reflect the accurate pls/acre <br /> listings that were erroneously omitted from the originally submitted Exhibit E. <br /> Rule 6.4.7 Exhibit G Water Information <br /> Please see the enclosed information taken from the Colorado Division of Water Resources <br /> regarding groundwater levels and well information for 3 locations near/around the proposed <br /> permitted area. Information includes a map showing the location of the groundwater <br /> monitoring sites and 3 wells, which include both wells mentioned in Exhibit S. Groundwater at <br /> all locations was greater than 140' from the surface. <br /> Rule 6.4.9 Exhibit I Soils information <br /> Please see enclosed information obtained from the Baca County NRCS office regarding top soil <br /> and general soil information. Specific soil horizon profiles are not available from Baca County <br /> NRCS for this area. <br /> Rule 6.4.12 Exhibit L Reclamation Cost Estimate <br /> No action needed from Operator/Permittee for the preliminary adequacy review regarding this <br /> item. Operator/Permittee will begin the process to obtain a Financial Warranty. <br /> Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S Permanent Man-Made Structures <br /> Exhibit S has been updated to reflect all man-made structures that are within 200' or less, of <br /> any proposed permitted area boundaries. Please note that with the correction of the 10 acre <br /> discrepancy in the proposed permitted area, the East boundary has been moved further West, <br /> and the hay barn and County Rd 33.3 are now greater than 200' from the eastern boundary, and <br /> the well in the southeast corner of the previously proposed permitted area is no longer inside <br /> the proposed permitted area.Also, there is only a single water line that runs from the well at the <br /> southeast comer north to the well that is located in the irrigated circle, and upon further <br /> discussion with the Landowner, it has been determined that the dormant well in the irrigated <br /> circle was not previously operated using natural gas, it was electric, so there is not a gas line <br /> within 200' of the proposed permitted area. <br />
