Construction Material Regular 112 Operation Reclamation Exhibits <br /> Raindance Reservoir#2 —VIMA Partners, LLC <br /> 4. Topsoil placed and graded around outer edge of reservoir. <br /> 5. Revegetation of disturbed areas through planting and seeding around <br /> outer edge. <br /> (f) A description of each of the following: <br /> (i) Final grading - specify maximum anticipated slope gradient or expected ranges <br /> thereof; <br /> The maximum slopes that will be outside of the reservoir water coverage are <br /> planned to be 3:1. <br /> (ii) Seeding - specify types, mixtures, quantities, and expected time(s) of seeding and <br /> planting; <br /> Seeding and mulching to follow the recommendations as set forth in the Mile <br /> High Flood District Criteria Manual. <br /> Clean, weed-free and seed-free cereal grain straw will be applied evenly at a <br /> rate of 2 tons per acre and will be tacked or fastened by a method suitable <br /> for the condition of the site. Straw mulch will be anchored on the surface <br /> mechanically by crimping. <br /> Expected time(s) of seeding and planting will occur during Spring or Fall. <br /> (iv) Fertilization - if applicable, specify types, mixtures, quantities and time of <br /> application; <br /> Soil amendments to be added if deemed necessary and will be applied at the <br /> time of seeding. <br /> (v) Revegetation - specify types of trees, shrubs, etc., quantities, size and location; <br /> and <br /> No trees or shrubs will be used. <br /> (vi) Topsoiling - specify anticipated minimum depth or range of depths for those areas <br /> where topsoil will be replaced <br /> Prior to the notification from the State that a mining permit would need to be <br /> obtained, most of the topsoil had already been stripped and removed from <br /> the site. Therefore, topsoil will need to be imported from elsewhere to <br /> reclaim the site. Approximately a 4" depth of new topsoil will be used to re- <br /> establish vegetation as needed along the banks of the reservoir, assuming <br /> TST. INC.CONSULTING ENGINEERS <br />
