September 28,2021 C-2010-089/New Horizon North Mine LJW <br /> showed no signs of erosion or slumping. An example of the overburden stockpile near Pond 001 can be seen in <br /> Photo Four. Similarly,the topsoil stockpiles located near Pond 002,at the Southeast and Southwest corners of the <br /> permit area were all observed. The stockpiles were marked with signage,well vegetated and appeared to be <br /> stable.
