Several other parties own relatively lesser amounts of land <br /> interspersed across the area. Those owners are: Micheal and Eugene Colgate; Mary Frank,O.K. Rowe, <br /> and Micheal and Eugene Colgate; and Steven John Moose Jr. <br /> Colorado Quarries' right-of-entry to surface land can be summarized thus: <br /> a. The BLM's Record of Decision approving expansion of the permit area was provided in the <br /> original conversion application. (BLM regulations require approval of 112c permit by DRMS <br /> before the contract process to mine material can occur.) <br /> b. Bill Tezak, as owner of multiple parcels in the expansion area (as well as the owner of Colorado <br /> Quarries Inc), and has given right-of-entry to Colorado Quarries to enter his lands to mine and <br /> reclaim. <br /> c. Colorado Quarries Inc has also given right-of-entry to Colorado Quarries to enter its lands to <br /> mine and reclaim. <br /> d. Micheal and Eugene Colgate, owners of the Highland Boy claim (MS 235) have entered into a <br /> lease agreement with Viscount Mining Corp to grant right-of-entry to mine and reclaim. <br /> Colorado Quarries has entered into lease with Viscount, which allows right-of-entry to this <br /> parcel. This claim is in the northern part of the permit area. This agreement was provided in the <br /> original conversion application materials. <br /> e. Mary Frank, O.K. Rowe, and Micheal and Eugene Colgate, have entered into a lease agreement <br /> with Colorado Quarries to grant right-of-entry to claims identified as Fleetwood Lode (MS 294), <br /> Wet Mountain (MS 56), Calumet Lode (MS 256) and Victor Lode (MS 183). The Calumet and <br /> Victor claims are located within the southern part of the 112c area. <br /> f. Steven John Moose Jr,who owns the Pueblo claim (MS 7600), has entered into a lease <br /> agreement with Viscount Mining Corp, to allow mining and reclamation on his land.
