Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Colowyo Mine conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on September 29 -30,2021.Tom Fry representing Colowyo Coal <br /> Company(Colowyo)accompained the inspection.The weather for inspection was light rain on the 28th with <br /> foggy conditions on the 30th.High temperatures during the inspection were around 55 degrees fahrenheit. Gound <br /> conditions were saturated from recent precipitation events. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All records are kept on site at the Colowyo Mine's office building. Please see the Division's Availability of <br /> Records checklist at the end of this inspection report for more detailed information. <br /> EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE—Rule 4.09 <br /> Placement;Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: <br /> The West Taylor Fill was inspected.No erosion was observed along the face of the fill. The fill is stable, well <br /> vegetated and no issues were observed. <br /> The Temporary Collom Fill was inspected.
