The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately80 +degrees F, skies were <br /> partly cloudy. There was a breeze. The soil was cracked and dry in the Yampa River <br /> Bottomlands, the vegetation drought stressed. At the waste pile the soil was dry and fluffy and <br /> the vegetation appeared drought stressed. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> Mid Term 8 <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> None at the time of inspection. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. Tanks <br /> and cable have been removed, utility poles and other infrastructure are ready to be picked up. <br /> No additional work at the portal took place since the last inspection. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o Ponds have a t-post as identification signs. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(S) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road was dry, in good repair and well maintained at the time of inspection. <br /> o Access roads around the site appeared in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: I <br />
