As <br /> indicated above the proposed operation may not be within the originally affected area of the Healey Pit. <br /> Regardless, soils resource information for the proposed new permit area will need to be submitted in <br /> accordance with this rule. <br /> 26. Section 2.04.10—Vegetation Information <br /> The required information was not submitted. The coal regulations cited above stipulate the collection of <br /> baseline vegetation information, as well as a survey of vegetation cover and species diversity, and the <br /> establishment of an appropriate reference area for disturbed areas to be reclaimed to. <br /> Prior to initiating any studies to comply with this Rule,more information regarding the proposed <br /> operation will need to be submitted.
