Exhibit C(Page 5 of 23) is revised to require the Operator hold the BUD for the byproduct <br /> materials. Item 3 of the Byproduct Purchase Agreement(provided herein)describes the <br /> ownership as required by the Division. <br /> 2. Exhibit C(Page 6 of 23) is corrected for 60 gpm total water in the fluidized feed stream. <br /> 3. MSDS are provided herein for quicklime and sodium bisulfate. <br /> 4. The above mentioned chemicals will be stored inside the mill building in secondary <br /> containment approximately 8'x 8'and 4' deep. Exhibit C(Page 6 of 23) is revised to include <br /> description of the containment area. <br /> 5.
